30 day fitness challenge(s)

I mentioned before that I wanted to get fit again. I thought about jogging and I tried it once, but it’s just not for me. My knees and legs hurt too much.

I do want to do something this holiday to stay slightly fit. I went climbing yesterday with a friend and I’ve also started to 30 day fitness challenges: 30 day little black dress challenge and 3o day plank challenge.

I’m on day 6 in one and on day 2 in the other. I’ve tried something like this before and I haven’t ever made it through one week, because I just lacked the discipline. It’s so hard to stay motivated and to keep on doing this, but I’m going to try my best!
